Frank Thomas, BS Pharm, MBA
Frank Thomas brings decades of experience in pharmacy operations, medication procurement, and regulatory compliance to his role as Director of Pharmacy Procurement & Compliance. With 14 years at Orlando Health as Manager of Corporate Pharmacy Services, he handled drug contracting, shortage management, recalls, and 340B program oversight. His expertise ensures efficient medication sourcing and supply chain stability while maintaining cost-effective solutions for patient care.
Previously, he served as Regional Pharmacy Manager at Health Management Associates, further strengthening his knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and procurement strategies. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Rho Chi Pharmacy Honor Society, and an MBA from The Citadel, equipping him with business acumen to navigate pharmacy logistics and compliance.
